Title IX

Pursuant to Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (β€œTitle IX”) 91·ηΓωΔρ³ͺ is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of sex. When an allegation of sex discrimination (including harassment or misconduct) is made, 91·ηΓωΔρ³ͺ must respond promptly to reach equitable resolutions to remedy the alleged violation(s).

Title IX’s limit the scope of what constitutes sexual harassment under Title IX to conduct that occurs within (a) the United States, and (b)Β  91·ηΓωΔρ³ͺ’s education program or activities.

Incidents of sex discrimination that do not fall under Title IX will be governed by any other applicable laws, as well as the equal opportunity and non-discrimination policies located in 91·ηΓωΔρ³ͺ’s and Student and Family Handbook.
